Development
The Howard School is a 501(c)(3), non-profit organization that depends upon the generosity of donors to support its annual operating expenses, special programs, and capital expansion. An educational program like ours requires resources, and tuition simply doesn’t cover all of our costs. In fact, tuition covers only about 85 percent of our expenses, while investments cover about 5 percent more. The remaining 10 percent comes from gifts to our Annual Fund from parents, current and former Trustees, alumni, foundations, friends, businesses, former parents and grandparents.
